Our own software, written by our own team.
ThaigerTech builds visitor and school-gate software for the UAE. That is the whole company. This page says who we are, how the software is made, and why a small team is the safe choice for your gate.
Focused, on purpose
We do not do five hundred things. We do one: the moment a person stands at a gate and someone has to decide whether they come in, and with whom a child leaves. ezPublic answers that for offices, clinics and plants. ezSchool answers it for schools under ADEK. Every line of code, every terminal, every screen we own was built for that one moment.
A large vendor sells visitor management as line item forty-seven. For us it is the only line. The people who wrote the software answer the phone about it.
Our own code. The entire code is written by our own team in low-level Rust, with a thin layer of Kotlin for the Android screens. No code from any other source, no SDK, no website behind it. The software is our own intellectual property.
Why a small vendor cannot strand you
No server of ours to switch off
The terminal and the records live on your premises. No cloud, no licence check against a machine in another country. If ThaigerTech vanished tomorrow, your gate would open the same way on Monday.
Your records are yours
Every register exports to XLSX and PDF in one click, with an integrity code on each export. You never need us to read your own data.
Source escrow on request
For customers who want it in writing: the full source code held in escrow, released to you if we cease to support the product. We own every layer, so there is no third party who could refuse.
Two companies, two continents
Engineering sits in Bangkok, the licence and the site relationship sit in Abu Dhabi. Both would have to fail at once for you to be without support.
The team
All great software starts with a nerd. Ours started with several, and the nerds still write the code.
Forty years in networking and physical access control, in the UAE since 1993. Part of the team behind an important UAE app during Covid: designed the hardware and software that reads its QR status, a reader sold more than 1,500 times across the country. Integration work on Nedap, Lenel and SAP. Today the key developer of the ezVisit platform.
Hardware and software design, and the second pair of eyes on every release. Based in the Netherlands.
Game developer by trade, which is where fast, forgiving interfaces come from. Owns front-end testing: every screen a guard or a parent touches has been broken by Panya first.
Database programmer. The encrypted on-device store, the sync between terminals, the seven-field record ADEK asks for. If it is stored, Bim decided how.
The person who visits your gate, runs the demo and writes the proposal, in English or in Arabic. نتحدث العربية. The sales team is growing; engineering is deliberately not.
How we work with you
Our terminals need no cabling into your building and no installation crew. One cable joins the two desks; the rest comes out of the box, reads a card, and is at work. We configure it with you and stay on the phone afterwards. References on request.
What we do not do
No cloud subscriptions. No cameras that recognise faces. No enterprise suite with a module for everything. No promise we cannot keep with the people on this page.
