What this website knows about you, and what our products never tell us.

ThaigerTech runs no analytics, sets no cookies and stores no visitor data on this website. The products keep their records on the customer's own devices, and we hold no copy.

This website

The pages are plain HTML served from our own server. There is no script from a third party, no analytics, no advertising and no cookie. Nothing follows you from one page to the next.

The web server keeps the ordinary access log that every web server keeps: the address your connection came from, the page requested and the time. The log rotates daily and is deleted after fourteen days. Nothing reads it except us, when something breaks.

The contact form

If you use the contact form, what you type is sent to us as one email: your name, company, email address and message. It is not stored on the server, not added to any list and not shared with anyone. We use it to answer you. If you would rather not use the form, write to the address at the bottom of this page.

The demonstration download

The Back Office demonstration offered on the download page opens no network connection. It sends nothing anywhere, not to us and not to anyone else. It holds no key, knows no device and works on a generated school that exists only inside it. Delete the file and nothing of it remains.

The products

ezPublic and ezSchool read the name, ID number and photograph from an Emirates ID chip, or a palm vein pattern from a hand, at the customer's gate. That data is written to the customer's own terminals, encrypted, and to the customer's own office computer. It never reaches a server of ours. There is no cloud account, no sync to us, no telemetry.

The customer, a school or a company, is the controller of that register. Questions about a record at a particular gate go to them. We can tell you what the software stores and for how long; we cannot look inside a customer's register, because we do not have it.
